Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen haven't ruled out the prospect of returning to 'Fuller House' but want advice from former co-star Bob Saget first.
Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen will seek Bob Saget's advice about returning to 'Full House'.
The sisters - who haven't acted together since 2004's 'New York Minute' - began their TV careers playing Michelle Tanner on the show when they were just nine months old and, following the news the show will be rebooted as 'Fuller House', they haven't ruled out a return but want to talk to their on-screen dad about the project first.
Speaking after cast member John Stamos revealed the show would be heading to Netflix, Mary-Kate said: ''We just found out about it today. I guess we're going to talk to the creators and see what's happening. ''I'm shocked I haven't heard from John.''
Ashley added: ''I ran into Bob the other day and we didn't even talk about it. I'm going to call Bob and get his perspective.''
An official release for the show, which confirmed 'Fuller House' will arrive on Netflix for a 13-episode run next year, stated the 28-year-old twins are ''currently in discussions regarding guest appearances'' on the programme.
The confirmed cast returning are Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin, Andrea Barber, Stephanie Tanner, Kimmie Gibbler and Stamos as Uncle Jessie.
'Fuller House' continues from where 'Full House' left off, albeit this time with a gender reversal.
Pregnant and recently widowed DJ Tanner-Fuller - played by Bure - is living with her younger sister and life-long best friend and her ''feisty'' teenage daughter. All join to help raise DJ's two boys and prepare for the birth of the new baby.
'Full House' originally aired from 1987 to 1995 as a comedy series following three men raising three young girls in San Francisco.
