Kate Winslet is no stranger to being a young star in Hollywood, and is now looking out for the other youth. Winslet reportedly told Psychologies Magazine that she is worried about the young people in Hollywood, but especially Miley Cyrus.

"You hear horror stories where you think, 'God, who's looking after these people and why does it seem like they're losing their way?'" Winslet reportedly said (via the Huffington Post). "I mean, you think about someone like Miley Cyrus, and I said to my daughter the other day, 'I'm this close to opening my mouth about what's going on with that girl.' Who is actually saying, 'Stop for a second. What do you want, who are you?'"

Winslet, in a roundabout way, also sort of slammed Cyrus, saying she never had to worry about losing her way in Hollywood.

"[I have] just been very lucky that I've always been quite comfortable with who I am," she explained.

Winslet grew up in a theater family, and made the leap to film in 1992. She was nominated for her first Oscar for Sense and Sensibility in 1995, and again in 1998 for Titanic. She is the latest of many, many celebs to comment on Cyrus' very interesting year.

Although Winslet is thankful she never lost her way, she also didn't grow up in the age of social media and is very thankful for that.

"It's really rough now," Winslet said. "I think, for young actors, actresses and pop stars, it's a nightmare. They can't do anything. I'm so not going near that whole world — I don't need it. I do feel incredibly lucky."
