Zayn Malik says it ''feels good'' to be back in Paris.
The former One Direction singer, who dramatically quit the British boy band in March, took some time off from recording his upcoming solo material to fly to the French capital to sit front row at the Valentino show at men's Fashion Week on Wednesday (24.06.15).
The 22-year-old singer caught up with some celebrity friends, including Joe Jonas, as he sat directly beside fashion designer Giovanni Valentino at the event, and later took to Twitter to thank some of his fans for showing up to support him, writing: ''Feels good to be in Paris and see some familiar faces !! Big love to the fans x''
Zayn has made only a handful of public appearances since quitting the group earlier this year and it seems he is still getting used to posing without his ex-bandmates, Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson, as he failed to raise a smile for photographers at the fashion show.
While the heartthrob is enjoying some time off, it was recently revealed the remaining members of One Direction will have to wait until next year to take a break.
The 'Story of My Life' hitmakers are set to go on hiatus when the group have finished promoting and touring for their upcoming fifth studio album in 2016.
A source previously said: ''The band are to go on a break after promoting the fifth album next year, possibly with a number of live tour dates around the world.
''Simon Cowell is supportive of what they need to do because he wants the band to stay together in some form for a very long time.
''They have been working non-stop for five years, sold millions of albums and become some of the biggest celebrities in the world. At some point they have to take time off to step back and consider what they want to do next.''
