Victoria Beckham says it's important for her sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz to see her work at New York Fashion Week.
Victoria Beckham showcased her autumn/winter 2014 collection in front of her family at New York Fashion Week.
The 39-year-old fashion designer - who has 14-year-old Brooklyn, 11-year-old Romeo, eight-year-old Cruz and two-year-old Harper with retired soccer star David - brought her three sons along to support her from the front row for the very first time and thinks it's important her children see what she does for a living.
Quizzed about how she managed to juggle being a mum-of-four and a designer, she told a Spanish journalist: ''You make me sound a lot better than I am. I just wanted them to see what I do - the boys have never been to a show before. For them to see that mummy works and daddy works is a very positive message.''
Victoria chose a number of colourful ensembles including sleeveless jackets, oversized coats and pleated skirts and dresses for the catwalk, but admits her signature dresses are still very much part of her collection.
She added: ''I didn't put the signature Victoria Beckham dress on the catwalk this time, but it's there in the selling collection. It's still a great dress.''
