Victoria Beckham never goes anywhere without a crystal.

The 41-year-old fashion designer is a huge fan of crystals - which many believe have healing properties - and always keeps one in her handbag.

She said: ''I always like to have a crystal with me, especially when I'm travelling. I currently carry a black obsidian skull crystal - it's for protection and strength.''

The busy mother-of-four also keeps a number of beauty products in her bag.

She told the Sunday Times Style: I carry a little tube of Weleda Skin Food to use on my hands throughout the day and I've used Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream for years, it's so good.

''Caudalie Beauty Elixer is so refreshing. I use it to hydrate my skin when I'm in the office all day.''

And Victoria has less glamorous items in her handbag, put there by her four-year-old daughter Harper.

She said: ''My handbag is always carrying some of Harper's toys - My Little Pony is the current one.''
