Uma Thurman has sparked speculation she and her ex-boyfriend Andre Balazs have rekindled their romance.

The 44-year-old actress and the businessman, 58 - who split in 2007 following three years of dating - have fuelled rumours they're dating again after they were spotted getting close to one another while on vacation in St. Barts over the weekend.

A source told UsMagazine.com: ''Andre has always said that Uma was an incredible woman and one that he's always had close to his heart. They saw each other at functions since the split and had gotten over it and friendly again.''

The blonde beauty and her ex-lover were photographed frolicking in the sea before they began flirting over drinks later on that day and, at one point, Uma lunged forward and nibbled on Andre's ear.

An insider said: ''They've been talking for a while, but now that she's single again they figured out a rendezvous in St. Barts where they used to go together all the time.''

However, another pal believes there's nothing in it and they are just friends, saying: ''It's nothing more than a little fun for her now.''

Uma's vacation with her ex-beau comes just 11 months after she called off her engagement for the second time to ARPAD BUSSON, with whom she has two-year-old daughter Rosalind.

She also has daughter Maya, 15, and son Levon, 12, with her ex-husband Ethan Hawke, whom she divorced in 2005.
