Rocker Sting revamped classic The Police hit EVERY BREATH YOU TAKE for a French TV show on Wednesday night (17Dec09) when he teamed up with blind Australian singer GURRUMUL.
The special duet featured songwriter Gurrumul translating some lyrics into his native Gumatj dialect, while playing guitar.
The performance, which aired on Taratata, proved to be popular with French fans - after the show, Gurrumul's self-titled debut album entered the French iTunes download chart at number nine.
