Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello want a destination wedding.

The 'Modern Family' star and the 'Magic Mike XXL' actor are keen on their nuptials being as far away from their Los Angeles home as possible.

She told Entertainment Tonight: ''I want all the people from Columbia and South America and from Europe to be able to make it to the wedding and Los Angeles is very far away from everything.''

However, Sofia and Joe may have a little trouble with that plan as they previously revealed their wedding is likely to have a large guestlist.

She said: ''[The wedding is] large because I ... had to invite like all my family and Joe has a lot of friends so it became bigger and bigger and bigger.''

The pair got engaged during a festive holiday in Hawaii after a whirlwind six months of dating and Sofia says the possibility of the pair having children together would make them ''very happy''.

She shared previously: ''When you're with somebody that hasn't had kids, and you want to start a relationship, of course there's always that question.

''And if it happens, it will be something that will make us very happy, but it's not a priority in our lives.''
