Sir Paul McCartney has revealed he is in talks to stage a top secret concert at the London Olympics this summer (12).
The Beatles legend will meet with event officials on Friday (20Jan12) to discuss a possible appearance at an event linked to the Games.
He says, "There is something they want me to do. I'm not sure what they want me to do, I think they'll tend to dictate it rather than me, (but) I might be doing something in the Olympics."
And the rocker tells Britain's The Sun newspaper he would also consider a performance to mark Queen Elizabeth II's upcoming Diamond Jubilee celebrations.
The Yesterday singer, who performed at the Buckingham Palace party for the Golden Jubilee in 2002, adds, "I'm a big fan of the Queen... If I get asked I could easily do it."
