The stalker who visited Selena Gomez's Los Angeles home on two occasions earlier this year has finally been punished.

The intruder, 20 year-old Che Cruz, pled no contest to felony stalking charges on Friday (June 20th), and was ordered to seek treatment at a mental health facility for at least 30 days, TMZ reports.

Once this time period is up, Che must attend another 180 days at the facility but will not be forced to stay there.

The judge involved with the case also handed him a very unusual 10-year protective order requiring him to stay 200 yards away from Gomez at all times.

The LAPD were called to the 21 year-old singer's Calabasas, Calif., home on April 4th after they were alerted a suspicious looking man (Che) had jumped over her fence.

Astonishingly, this man is the same person who was arrested only days earlier on March 31st for entering Gomez's guest house bathroom.

In the first instance, he rang the doorbell of Gomez's home and asked if she was in.

The 'Come & Get It' singer's friend, who answered the door, told Cruz that she wasn't and he left, but when authorities arrived at the house they found him hidden in Selena's guest house, after allegedly breaking in.

But after being released days later, which isn't unusual for nonviolent offenders because jail space is ideally reserved for violent criminals, Che returned to the singer's property.

This isn't the first time a crazed fan has been caught trespassing on the 'Stars Dance' hit maker's home.

Police arrested another man, 19 year-old Juan Garcia, this past January (25th) at her Fernando Valley's Tarzana area home after family members spotted him creeping close to the house.
