Scott Disick is determined to reconnect with Kourtney Kardashian.

The 32-year-old reality TV star, who was dumped by the brunette beauty last month after he was photographed holidaying with an ex-girlfriend, has promised to curb his hard partying so they can give their relationship another chance.

A source said: ''Scott has slowed down the partying big time. he's pleading with Kourtney to give him a second chance.

''Scott texts Kourtney 'I still love you' and 'I want you so bad' all day and night.''

The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star, who has been to rehab three times over the past year, has been spending more time with their three children, Mason, five, Penelope, three, and Reign, eight months, recently and hopes to prove to Kourtney he is getting his life back on track.

The insider added: ''He's trying to show Kourtney he can get better without rehab.''

And it appears his efforts may be working.

The source added to Us Weekly magazine: ''She's starting to forgive him. She's a strong woman, but every time she looks at her kids, she thinks of Scott. It's tough.''
