Sandra Bullock has splashed out $22.9 million on a new home.
The Oscar-winning actress purchased the luxurious seven-bedroom Beverly Hills property for her and 17-month-old adopted son Louis to live in.
The Tudor-style property is set on 4.1 acres and comes with eight bathrooms, a detached four-car garage, a library, office, eat-in kitchen, work out room, staff quarters, swimming pool and stunning 270-degree views from downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean.
Until she bought the new property Sandra was living in New Orleans with Louis, as that is where the tot is from.
Sandra - who started the adoption process of Louis with ex-husband Jesse James but eventually applied as a single parent after they separated following revelations he cheated on her with a string of women - has said of New Orleans: "Without the spirit of the people who live there and take care of the city and honour its traditions, its love for music, its love for life, take those people out and you don't have why I love New Orleans so much."
