Salma Hayek says the only exercise she does is restorative yoga because she's too busy working and caring for her family to hit the gym.
Salma Hayek claims she doesn't exercise.
The 'Tale of Tales' actress - who runs the cosmetics company Nuance Salma Hayek - insists she doesn't have time to go to the gym to maintain her fabulous figure because of her work and family commitments.
The 48-year-old star said: ''Some people have the discipline to exercise in the morning, and I didn't develop that. I don't have time to exercise. I am working. I've had some 20-hour days.''
But the Mexican beauty - who has seven-year-old daughter Valentina with husband Francois-henri Pinault - admits she practices restorative yoga when she can.
Speaking to PEOPLE magazine, she said: ''I work with a woman in London who taught me how to hold my body in a way where the muscles are activated all day long. So even when you brush your teeth, you're working the muscles.
''She taught me to tone them without clenching them. You relax them and focus on the parts that need to be used, but never with tension. If you're aware of your body, you'd be surprised by the effect it can have.''
Meanwhile, Salma also claims she find it hard to resist indulging in her favourite foods.
She said: ''If I have something salty, I want something sweet. And if I have something sweet, I want something salty.''
