Rosie Huntington-Whiteley doesn't want to be that ''miserable girl pushing a salad around a plate''.

The British supermodel has revealed she keeps a black book of workout regimes, touch-up essentials and her all time favourite facialist is Shani Darden but she doesn't stress too much if she has the occasional calorific treat.

Rosie told Violet Grey's Violet Files magazine: ''I try not to beat myself up too much about eating health I don't want to be that miserable girl pushing a salad around my plate. At home, I eat clean, organic, and simple. And when I go out with friends, I enjoy myself. ''

The 27-year-old model-and-actress also shared her top tips for skin care and insists if she isn't ''diligent'' over her skin maintenance she can ''see the difference''.

Rosie's top products for skin care are by 'IS CLINICAL'. But she said her facialist and close friend Shani - who Jessica Alba also goes to for treatments and advie - is her ''true skin savoir''.
