The Rolling Stones Are Reportedly Working On Their First Album In A Decade.
The rockers will allegedly be meeting up this month (Apr15) to work through song ideas in a Los Angeles studio, in the hope that they will go on to produce the highly-anticipated record.
A source tells Britain's Sunday Mirror newspaper, "The guys are getting together shortly to go through ideas. They have tour rehearsals too but all feel the time is right for a new album. They have talked about a blues record for a long time. It would be very different for the band and Keith Richards is very keen.
"The ideas are flying around already and the process will be quite organic - jamming in the studio to see what comes and hopefully strike gold. They're in great shape at the moment and excited to see what comes out of the sessions but the approach is very loose. They've got the luxury of not having a record label demanding a release so they can take their time and get it just right."
Guitarist Richards has previously spoken out about his desire to produce a new record with the band. They're last release was A Bigger Bang, in 2005.
