Robin Thicke and Paula Patton's divorce was reportedly finalised yesterday (17.03.15).

The former couple's marriage was allegedly legally terminated by the courts less than six months after the 39-year-old actress filed the papers, citing ''irreconcilable differences'' as the reason for the breakdown of their romance, according to E! News.

The brunette beauty called time on her relationship with the 'Blurred Lines' hitmaker in February 2014 following nearly nine years of marriage and filed for divorce eight months later.

Announcing their separation at the time, the ex-lovers said in a statement: ''We will always love each other and be best friends; however, we have mutually decided to separate at this time.''

Despite their highly publicised break-up, Paula recently admitted she was doing ''really well'' and has learnt from the experience.

She said during an appearance on 'Good Morning America': ''I'm doing really well. I mean, the honest truth is it has been challenging, but it's been a year of growth, lots of healing, learning about all new things, but I've come out of it stronger.''

However, Robin, 38, didn't appear to take the split as well as his former spouse as he dedicated his recent album 'Paula' to the stunning star in an attempt to win her back.

The pair, who met when they were teenagers, have four-year-old son Julian together and have shared custody over the little one.
