British singer Robbie Williams is already hard at work after completing Take That's European tour - he's writing tracks for his next solo album.
The Angels hitmaker reunited with his bandmates for their Progress Live shows, marking his return to the group for the first time in 15 years.
The tour wrapped in Germany on Friday night (29Jul11) and Williams has since flown back to his home in Los Angeles - but rather than take time out from music, Williams is busy working on a follow-up to his 2009 album Reality Killed the Video Star.
In a blog on his website, he writes, "I have 'nothing' to do and I plan on doing it very well... (nothing except write the next album!)
"I have (it seems) a mountain of songs to finish lyrics for... so many tunes are in a good shape now. Maybe 30 knocking around and that's not including old ones that never made R.K.T.V.S.
"The future's bright... I'm looking at my most consistent album to date. I have a month to tie up loose ends lyric-wise. I will remember all your kind words about what my songs mean to you."
"This is one of those avant-garde things, is it?" says a droll, dubious and dying...
