Model of the moment Cara Delevingne has been chosen by Burberry to be the face of their newest fragrance, Burberry Beauty. It’s amazing that Delevingne has even had time to take part in the ad campaign, given how busy she’s been working (and partying!) this catwalk season. Rita Ora’s BFF started out working with Burberry in the early days of her modelling career and she seems thrilled to be fronting the spectacular advertising video, shot by none other than Mario Testino, with London’s Thames as its background.

“This is basically where I began,” Delevingne said, talking about the Burberry fashion house earlier this month. “I've done this [Burberry] show five or six times and I'm so happy to be involved with the same people, the same family. It's really amazing.” And by the sounds of it, the top bods at Burberry are just as thrilled to be working with Cara as she is with them. Burberry’s Chief Officer Christopher Bailey explained “With Body Tender, we wanted to explore and bring out the softer, more playful sides of her – capturing this light femininity in the scent as well as the campaign… Cara’s natural beauty and vibrant energy lit up alongside London's magnificent architecture.” 

The perfume is described by Burberry as combining the “relaxed, playful attitude of the Burberry girl with the energy of the brand’s London hometown.” Um, yep. We can almost smell it, from that description…
