Renee will reprise her role as Bridget Jones in the third film this year
As a hugely popular actress loved everywhere for her cheeky role in musical Chicago and her loveable portrayal of everyone’s favourite singleton, Bridget Jones, Renee Zellweger had her feet solidly in Hollywood. However, the star recently revealed why she took six years out from the industry: she got sick of the sound of her own voice.
Renee Zellweger came back from her acting break to film Bridget Jones' Baby in November
After starring in My Own Love Song in 2010, the 47-year-old actress quit the bright lights of stardom so she could recover between projects.
Speaking to Vogue, the Me, Myself and Irene star said it was "time to go away and grow up a bit".
