Olivia Tallent, the daughter of E Street Band bassist Garry Tallent caused a little bit of a stir on social media when she shared a picture of herself and Prince Harry, referring to him as her ‘boyfriend’. The 19-year-old was, of course, just having a some fun with the caption, but sadly the joke seemed to be lost on a lot of people.

Olivia met Harry backstage at Bruce Springsteen’s Sunday night gig at Wembley Stadium and took the opportunity to pose for a picture with the royal. On Twitter she captioned the image "new boyfriend” and on Instagram she shared the pic and wrote, "Princess Olivia has a pretty nice ring to it, right?”

But because some people can’t take a joke, Olivia was forced to delete the tweet and deny she was dating Harry. “I'm not actually dating Prince Harry, guys. Let's not be ridiculous here,” she tweeted on Monday, before sharing an article about the picture and adding, ‘I mean, come on……..’

Harry is thought to be currently single and he’s even said to be interested in appearing on UK dating show ‘Take Me Out’ in the hope of finding love. The show’s host Paddy McGuinness told the Radio 1 Breakfast show with Nick Grimshaw last week that Harry was keen to make an appearance.

‘I swear to God this is no word of a lie I promise you this is gospel truth. We were having something to drink in the evening and who do I bump into Prince Harry,’ McGuinness said. “He’s walked in the room he's come straight up to me right he's gone "I wanna be on your show. I want to go to Fernando’s!"' 'I went "I don't think you need the help”’.
