Perrie Edwards used to impersonate Emma Bunton.
The Little Mix singer was a fan of the Spice Girls when she was younger and always used to insist on pretending to be Emma - who was known as Baby Spice - because of their physical similarities.
She said: ''At school, in the playground, if anyone tried to be Baby Spice, I'd be like, 'uh-uh, I've got the blonde bunches and blue eyes. I'm her!' ''
Little Mix recently broke the Spice Girls' record for the highest-charting US debut album from a British girl band and are pleased nearly all of the 'Wannabe' hitmakers - Victoria Beckham, Geri Halliwell, Mel B, Mel C, and Emma - have offered them their support.
Perrie said: ''We have heard from all the girls except Victoria. When we were on 'The X Factor', Geri sent us a bouquet of flowers.''
Speaking to OK! magazine, fellow band mate Jade Thirlwall added: ''When we got to number four in America they were tweeting us. It was so lovely, like they were passing the baton on. It's so supportive, it just goes to show how nice they are. They could have just been like, 'Who are they?' ''
