Socialite Paris Hilton was left terrified after being pranked by Egyptian TV show 'Ramez In Control' into thinking her plane was about to crash.
Paris Hilton feared for her life when she thought her plane was about to crash.
The 34-year-old socialite was invited on an aerial sightseeing tour of Dubai by actor Ramez Galad when she attended the opening of a new hotel in the United Arab Emirates city but was left terrified when the aircraft appeared to start going down.
However, unbeknownst to Paris, the whole thing was merely a prank for Egyptian TV show 'Ramez In Control', and she can be seen screaming and crying in a clip posted on YouTube.
The pilot continued to manoeuvre the plane to make it appear as if it was plummeting for approximately five minutes, during which Paris became more and more upset.
Other passengers on the plane are believed to have been actors, who all pretended to be terrified.
After several minutes of screaming and crying, one person opened the rear door of the propeller plane and began throwing people out of the plane wearing parachutes.
Soon afterwards the plane returned to the runway and Paris was informed it was all a joke but the blonde beauty was still in tears as she revealed ''dying in a plane'' is her ''biggest fear''.
She explained she has been worried about crashing ever since she was a young child and as she travels by air almost every day, it is a constant concern.
She later tweeted: ''Scariest moment of my life. I really believed the plane was going to crash & we were all going to die.(sic)''
Paris also screamed at the host: ''I'm going to kill you.''
