Paris Hilton is planning to sue over a plane crash prank.
The 34-year-old heiress was left in fear of her life when she embarked on an aerial sightseeing tour of Dubai and the aircraft appeared to start going down, only for it later to be revealed as a gag for Egyptian TV show 'Ramez In Control'
and she will reportedly take legal action against those responsible.
According to TMZ, Paris - who has a fear of flying and feels ''totally freaked out'' on planes - has already consulted lawyers and they told her she has a strong case to sue for emotional distress.
The socialite insists she was not in on the prank and doesn't believe any of her own team were involved.
Though the video of the incident - which appeared on YouTube earlier this week - shows Paris screaming in terror as the pilot appeared to shut down the engines and nose dive to the ground, the 'Stars Are Blind' singer claimed it was even more terrifying than it appeared.
According to Paris, the plane almost hit the water during the dive and then steeply pulled out of the dive, almost doing a loop as it ascended.
Following the terrifying prank, Paris tweeted: ''Scariest moment of my life. I really believed the plane was going to crash & we were all going to die.(sic)''
