Nicole Polizzi (aka Snooki) has been spotted sporting a diamond ring on her wedding finger, just a week after it was announced that she is pregnant. The pictures have sparked rumours that her boyfriend Jionni LaVille has popped the question, now that they are having a baby together.

The photographs of Snooki, published by the Daily Mail today (March 6, 2012) show the Jersey Shore starlet defying the pregnant woman stereotype and walking her miniature pooch in a pair of towering platform heels. She finished off the outfit with a pair of jeans, a black-shirt emblazoned with a gold sequinned-heart and a black leather jacket. The 24 year-old reality TV star was putting on a brave face, amid reports that her ex-boyfriend Emilio Masella told TMZ that he hopes she loses the baby. Yesterday, TMZ reported that he had told them "I hope for her sake ... not to be rude or anything ... but I hope she has a miscarriage." Masella also recommended that Jionni gets a paternity test to determine who the father is, saying "I would def. recommend her to get a paternity test to see who the father is because I'm sure there are other subjects. Vinny could easily be the father."

Snooki's relationship with Vinny Guadagnino on Jersey Shore has always been a close one and on the most recent episode of the show, Vinny told viewers that he and Snooki were like the "Ross and Rachel" of Jersey Shore . However, with a new rock on her finger and photos of Jionni moving stuff into her apartment on the weekend, it looks as though Snooki and Jionni could be ready to settle down.
