Nicole Kidman is never concerned with having a big birthday celebration so long as she gets quality time with husband Keith Urban and their children.
Nicole Kidman doesn't ''really celebrate'' her birthdays.
The 'Grace of Monaco' actress - who turns 48 on June 20 - feels she gets ''enough attention'' throughout the year, so as long as she gets some quality time with husband Keith Urban and their daughters Sunday, seven, and Faith, four, she will enjoy her day.
She said: ''I don't really celebrate a big birthday thing. I always say I get enough attention so I don't need anymore. I just like to have my family really close and snuggle.''
Nicole and Keith will celebrate their ninth wedding anniversary later this month and though the 'American Idol' judge will be working, they will still take time to be with one another.
She told E! News: ''Keith is doing a gig so I'm going with him. I'll be dancing on the side of the stage and kissing him when he comes off.
''[Are we going for dinner?] He's going to organise that.''
Meanwhile, Keith has admitted he is learning a lot from his wife - who also has children Isabella, 22, and Connor, 20, from her marriage to Tom Cruise - and their daughters.
He told Us Weekly magazine: ''I didn't grow up with any girls in my family, it was just my brother and me and mum and dad.
''Now being in a family that is all girls, I'm learning an enormous amount.''
And the 47-year-old singer thinks he and his spouse make a good parenting team.
He said: ''Nic and I are very in sync with the way we want to raise our girls.
''[We maintain] a very expressive, artistic house. I'm very comfortable with it.''
