Nick Cannon says he would ''never say never'' about getting back together with Mariah Carey despite filing for divorce from her in December.
Nick Cannon says he would ''never'' rule out getting back together with Mariah Carey.
The 'America's Got Talent' host, who split from the '#Beautiful' hitmaker last summer after six years of marriage, admits he might consider calling off their divorce in the future.
Discussing whether he would ever reconcile with the 45-year-old star, the 34-year-old comedian said: ''Um, yeah, you can never say never.''
Asked for his best advice when it comes to love, he also told gossip website TMZ.com: ''Just go for it. Love hard.''
Nick filed for divorce from his estranged wife, with whom he has three-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan, in December and recently started dating model Jessica White, 30.
A source previously said: ''Jessica is completely smitten over Nick between his personality and good looks. She has been telling her close friends he makes her feel like she is on cloud nine and so loved. Nick is very affectionate with her when they are with each other.''
Nick's mysterious comments about Mariah comes just weeks after rumours began swirling he is in the process of writing a tell-all about their relationship because she refused to give him $30 million in their divorce settlement.
An insider previously said: ''Mariah was willing to give Nick $10 million but he said 'hell no' and demanded $30 [million]. Mariah says it is what they agreed to in the prenup before they got married.
''Mariah kept telling Nick she was not going to give him a penny more than $10 million. He told her he could write a book and get $30 million and much more for a movie deal for all of the crap she put him through over the years.
''Mariah told Nick nobody cares what he has to say and told him to take it or leave it because that's it - not a penny more. He says she is being unreasonable so he has to do what he has to do.''
