The porn star teacher, who taught 8th grade science has been stripped (sorry) of her post, can never teach children again after a three-judge administrative panel upheld the school district's decision, calling the ex-teacher Stacie Halas "unfit for service", ABC report.

It was a quick change of careers for Halas, 32, who became a teacher just a month after jacking in the adult industry in 2006. Tiffany Six - as she was known in the porn world - was "well liked and respected by her students," according to her attorney Richard Schwab. Jeff Chancer, superintendent of the Oxnard School District said "There were numerous lies. Multiple times and under oath," after Halas had initially denied her porn past but later came clean to administrators. "I believe that what they may be calling credibility is really her nervousness and embarrassment to openly discuss her past," he said. "She believed her past was many years behind her."

She had tried to fight her dismissal, and enjoyed a full working wage and benefits while she did so. Schwab said at the time, of the appeal, "We disagree with the decision by the board to dismiss or seek the dismissal of Miss Halas. It is our intention at this time to vigorously contest the charges," to the Ventura County Star. "The type of conduct she engaged in was lawful conduct in a business which, while others may disagree with its content, is very vibrant in both Los Angeles as well as the state of California," Schwab added.
