Of Mice & Men frontman Austin Carlile has been released on bail following his arrest on an assault charge over the weekend (30-31Mar13).
The 25-year-old rocker was detained by police in Bowling Green, Ohio in the early hours of Saturday morning (30Mar13) along with the band's drum technician, Lionel Robinson Ii, 27, over allegations they were involved in a fight.
Local police have confirmed they responded to a street brawl between two groups and one person was admitted to hospital to treat a broken nose.
Carlile was subsequently arraigned on an assault charge and released on $25,000 (£15,625) bail. He is due back at Bowling Green Municipal Court on 15 April (13).
The band was in town for a gig on Friday night (29Mar13) before the alleged incident. They cancelled a planned show in Michigan on Saturday night (30Mar13) as the singer remained in police custody.
