North West reportedly has her own French tutor.

Despite the 11-month-old tot not being able to speak yet, her doting parents Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are reportedly so desperate for their daughter to be bilingual that they're paying for three lessons a week from a private teacher.

An insider revealed: ''If Kim's family aren't home when the tutor arrives, Kanye would get furious. They want Nori to learn French, as they'll be spending a lot of time over there.''

The ''control-freak'' parents, who are currently enjoying a second ''official'' honeymoon in Punta Mita, Mexico, have allegedly left a 20-page document for North's nannies to adhere to.

It covers everything from what music she is allowed to listen to, what activities they want her to do and even how to log every nappy change, including the colour of her poo.

The source added to heat magazine: ''Kim and Kanye believe in goodness from the inside out, and want to make sure they remove anything upsetting her from her diet. Kim doesn't want anything blocking Nori's organs from being 100 per cent healthy.''

All of the adorable infant's toys must be educational and the manual apparently lists the names of approved games and iPad apps.

The mole continued: ''She has to be kept active - crawling and playing with toys that stimulate her mind and body.''
