Greek-born designer Marios Schwab has created his first lingerie line in association with ASOS Inc.
Marios Schwab is launching his debut lingerie line.
The London-based designer has created a new range of underwear called Kallisti - meaning 'for the fairest' in Greek - and will showcase his new line in association with ASOS Inc at London Fashion Week with a special performance from the girls from raunchy Parisian Cabaret Le Crazy Horse.
Marios told vogue.co.uk: ''Fusing the element of undergarments and the world that is hidden beneath clothes is a continuous inspiration behind the designs I create at Marios Schwab.
''The detailing that goes within garments and craft involved is something I have been surrounded by since a young boy looking at the work my Dad - a lingerie engineer - would bring home.
''These elements later became integrated within the philosophy of ready-to-wear garments, whilst the surface becomes tributes to what is hidden beneath.
''ASOS Inc is the perfect partnership for the launch of the Kallisti range of lingerie, as we not only a share a passion of supporting British industry but have a shared vision in all areas of technology and clothing development whilst keeping true to the DNA of the women we like to dress.''
The extravagant undergarments will come in five seductive shades and feature 40 separate pieces.
The first 25 items will launch on ASOS's designer support platform, ASOS Inc, in November and the remaining 15 can be snapped up just in time for Valentine's Day (14.02.12).
