A party hosted by The Only Way Is Essex's Joey Essex had to be shut down by police after it got too out of hand.
The reality TV star was up in Nottingham recently to host a club night at the Penthouse nightclub called King of Reem, named after his catchphrase from the popular ITV 2 show. After the event had finished, Essex continued the party in a nearby hotel, which took up three suites and was attended by many drunken fans.
One partygoer told The Sun: 'There were probably around 15 or 20 people crammed into the rooms and everyone was tucking into the drinks. It was mainly girls in there and they were all fawning over Joey. It was a good vibe but I don't think the other residents saw it that way. Someone from the hotel came up and said the police had been called and we were all told to get out of the hotel immediately.'
The police were called to the hotel, which was a Jurys Inn, at around 5am, reports the paper. However, by that time, Essex had left. He said of the night: 'It was proper reem. We went back for a bit of a party and everyone was having a great time. I left after a bit and I heard it all got a bit noisy. I'm sorry if anyone lost any sleep.'
Essex joined The Only Way Is Essex in 2011. The show has won the YouTube Audience Award in 2011 and earlier in the week, they won a second award, picking up the Best Digital Programme at the Television Radio Industry Club.
