Rocker Glenn Danzig Has Announced Plans To Retire From Touring After Wrapping His Current Trek Later This Month (Oct15).
The Misfits founder is currently out on the road with Superjoint, but he is considering scaling back on his live shows.
"I think this is going to be it," Danzig tells Loudwire.com. "I'll do some shows here or there, but I don't think I'm going to tour anymore."
"We might do some Danzig legacy things, but they'll be very intimate," he adds. "I know there are a couple of plans to go overseas and do some things there, but it will probably just be festivals."
Danzig has expressed his desire to retire from the road before. He wraps his current tour on 31 October (15) in Los Angeles.
The news emerges days after a fan accused the 60 year old of attacking him for taking photographs during a gig in Montreal, Canada on Sunday night (18Oct15). Police are reportedly investigating the incident.
