Givenchy is set to collaborate with H&M.

The luxury French fashion house - headed up by Riccardo Tisci - will reportedly be the latest label to create a range for the Swedish high street chain although no further details have been revealed.

Tumblr user Fashion Industry Confessions said: ''Rumours straight from the Givenchy head quarters have it they will collaborate with H&M next year.''

A representative at H&M would only say ''we don't comment on rumours''.

Other labels to have worked with H&M in the past include Versace, Jimmy Choo and Maison Martin Margiela.

If Riccardo does team up with H&M consumers may get a lot of black clothes as he recently revealed he is obsessed with the colour.

He said: ''Black is always elegant. It is the most complete colour in the world, made of all the colours in the palette.

''She is aristocratic, dark, sensual and romantic but it has been this way since I first started at Givenchy eight years ago.

''Back then no-one understood. Now, you open any magazine and see gothic as a trend.''
