One week after the incident, Jep is already cracking jokes.
This weekend brought yet more trouble for the unfortunate Robertson family – aka the Duck Dynasty. According to CBS Local, Jep Robertson, the younger brother of Duck Commander Willie Robertson, was hospitalized after having a seizure during a deer hunt.
Jep is currently recovering in hospital, with his family thanking fans for their support.
Don’t worry, it sounds like Jep has all but recovered since the incident about a week ago. But things got pretty serious, if his tweet from Saturday is anything to go by.

“Well, I about died this past Sunday … I’m doing much better now. Thanks for all the prayers!” Robertson tweeted Saturday. The Dynasty’s PR team has kept the lid on most of the details, but a rep did say for Us Weekly that Jep had been with friends when the incident took place.
Well, I about died this past Sunday...I'm doing much better now. Thanks for all the prayers! #seizuresuck #gladtobealive

"Jep was rushed to the hospital and received immediate treatment. He is doing well now, but is still in the hospital for additional tests and observation, and he is being treated with antibiotics to cover a range of possible infections believed to have caused the seizure," the statement explains. "Our family would like to thank everyone for their love and support and ask that you keep Jep, Jessica and their children in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time."

One thing that wasn’t affected by the health scare, however, was Jep’s sense of humour, as evidenced by the tweet below.
