The 33 year-old songstress is set to join Pharrell Williams, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton as coaches for next season of the reality singing show.
For any fans who missed Christina Aguilera on this season's 'The Voice', do not worry as the 33 year-old songstress is set to return to the singing talent show as a coach for the forthcoming eighth season.
Aguilera will reclaim her spot as a coach on the reality singing show for season 8
Aguilera, who was one of the show's original coaches before taking seasons four, six and seven off, will be sitting in the spinning chairs alongside Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and season 7 newcomer Pharrell Williams. During her absences, Shakira and Gwen Stefani stepped in as replacements.
The 'Dirrty' singer is reclaiming her position on the show after taking a temporary break due to becoming pregnant back in February. At the time, NBC reportedly wanted Aguilera to continue working during her pregnancy but she was finding it extremely hard, and ultimately decided to walk away, which is when Stefani was brought in.

The mother of two welcomed her first daughter, Summer Rain, with her fiancé Matthew Rutler into the world in August.
'The Voice' host Carson Daley made the coaching announcement on the Today show on Tuesday (Oct 14th).
"We are excited to welcome Christina back to her red chair and can't wait to see how she mixes things up among Adam, Blake and Pharrell, in what will be an incredibly competitive competition," Paul Telegdy, president of alternative and late night programming at NBC Entertainment, said in a statement. "These four talented artists are at the top of their game as musicians and as coaches. The mentoring is sure to be intense and the stakes will be high."
