Carley Rae Jepsen once left her brother ''mortified'' by telling him he had a ''bogey in his nose'' while he was on a date.
Carley Rae Jepsen likes to humiliate her brother.
The 'Call Me Maybe' singer has a fun-loving relationship with her sibling and once almost ruined his love life by telling him he had snot up his nose in front of his new girlfriend.
She said: ''I did a cruel thing to my brother once. He was a dating a new girl for the first time and we were all on a day trip when I noticed he had a bogey in his nose.
''I tried to get his attention cos I didn't want him to be embarrassed in front of his new girlfriend, but he didn't get the hint and was like, 'Carly, what do you want?'
''So I finally said, 'Fine! You have a bogey in your nose!' He was mortified.''
The 27-year-old star is far from perfect herself, confessing she is one of the messiest people she knows, much to her boyfriend Matthew Koma's disgust.
Carly told Top of the Pops magazine: ''Generally, I'm in a big mess. My pet peeve is not being able to find things, but it's kind of my own fault. It makes it so frustrating cos I have no one else to blame but myself!
''My boyfriend is quite tidy so he wont let me be too much of a pig for too long!''
