Angelina Jolie believes her friend George Clooney and his fiancé Amal Alamuddin will marry before she and Brad Pitt do. The actress recently appeared at the Los Angeles premiere of 'Maleficent' and joked about her engagement and eventual marriage to Pitt.
Angelina Jolie believes George Clooney will be heading down the aisle, or actually to the altar, before she and Brad Pitt do.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been together since 2006.
The 38-year-old actress has been engaged to 50-year-old Pitt since April 2012 but the couple have yet to set a date for their wedding. Jolie, speaking to ET, at the Los Angeles premiere of her most recent film Maleficent claimed George Clooney and his fiancé Amal Alamuddin were more likely to wed sooner than the longer standing couple.
ET's reporter asked Jolie "I know George (Clooney) is a friend. So of course the question comes, who's going to get married first - is it going to be you guys, or George?" To which Jolie responded "Probably George."

Whilst on the press tour for Disney's Maleficent, Jolie has discussed her engagement to Pitt and the prospect of their future marriage. Jolie joked with numerous reporters about her future wedding plans and simply stated neither she nor Pitt have a particular date in mind. Speaking to GMA, Jolie said, "We don't have a date, and we're not hiding anything, but we really don't know."
Will George Clooney's wedding happen before the Pitt-Jolie's?
However, certain members of the Jolie-Pitt family are certainly considered the wedding ceremony of their parents and have even offered suggestions as to how to make the occasion memorable. Jolie stated, "We talk to the kids about it once in a while, and one of them suggested paintball. And we thought, 'Well, different!'"
Whatever the couple decide to do to celebrate eventually celebrate their wedding, Jolie is adamant the kids will be involved. In the same interview Jolie said, "I think the important thing is that whatever we do it's that the kids do have a great time, and we all take seriously the love, and the connection between all of us. But also just get silly and do something memorable."
