6. Various Long Time Dead Sampler 2 (12" - Talkin Loud)
Along with every self respecting film these days there also seems to be a well hyped and well a&r-ed soundtrack chosen most specifically with the intention of pleasing a trend influenced audience.
Super scary new horror film Long Time Dead is no exception. Already one release down (featuring Dj Krust, Raw Deal and Leftfields Neil Barnes) the film soundtrack has secured certain positions in the charts.
Sampler 2 has three cuts, and only one that sounds particularly gruesome; DBXs The Theme a bass driven drum and bass number with loads of film type horror exerts. The other two tracks MJ Coles Nextisms and Ed Cases Lifes Too Short are none too horror, but good enough regardless.
