The Australian supermodel adores doing yoga and going hiking but always finds the time for a short burst of exercise, wherever she is.
As she spend a lot of her time flying for work, Miranda has found ways to keep fit while up in the sky.
She said: ''I was a gymnast when I was young and then when I stopped I started yoga. I really like to practise, even if it's just 10 minutes, its very good for balance the mind, the body and spirit. I believe everyone should find an exercise they really enjoy. For me I like yoga, hiking.
''There's little exercises you can do sitting down, for me on an aeroplane - contract and release, it's really good for the stomach.''
The 31-year-old beauty - who has four-year-old son Flynn with ex-husband Orlando Bloom - tries to eat healthily most of the time but would never deprive herself of her favourite indulgences like chocolate or fried chicken.
Speaking on Japanese TV programme 'Skkiri', she said: ''I like to eat 80 per cent healthy - fresh food organic food, vegetables, goji berries, chia seeds, a lot of greens. I try to get my nutrients from my food.''
