Millie Mackintosh doesn't count calories or weigh herself and is only concerned with making her body stronger.
Millie Mackintosh isn't ''fussed'' about her weight.
The former 'Made In Chelsea' star - who is known for her super svelte figure - has confessed she doesn't concern herself with counting calories or hopping on the scales and prefers to devote her time to making her body stronger instead.
She told Women's Health magazine: ''I don't weigh myself or look at calories - I'm not really fussed about it.
''I just love that feeling of getting stronger, being able to do something at the gym I couldn't do before.''
The 25-year-old beauty - who has been criticised for being too thin in the past - defended her naturally slender frame and wishes women would be kinder about each other's bodies.
She said: ''They're commenting on my thigh gap and they accuse me of promoting it. But that's how my legs have looked since I was a child, that is my body.
''Thin-shaming is just as bad as fat-shaming. Women especially should be kinder to other women's bodies. I don't cry myself to sleep about it, but I don't want people to think that's some kind of body ideal I'm putting out there.''
Although Millie has always been slim, she was inspired to take better care of herself and improve her diet after taking part on the E4 reality TV series.
She said of her decision to start hitting the gym: ''I think it was the pressure of being on TV. [At that time] I was eating takeaways a lot - I love rich food; I've never been one for a salad.
''I'd have a full English for breakfast, pasta for lunch and a Chinese takeaway for dinner. I never got much bigger, but I didn't have much of a waist. I had love handles.''
