Miley Cyrus is ''totally over'' Patrick Schwarzenegger.

The 'We Can't Stop' hitmaker appeared to be fully over her split from the 21-year-old actor as she enjoyed a karaoke night with gal pals Katy Perry and Selena Gomez despite nearly running into her ex.

A source said: ''Miley looked amazing and didn't seem to care Patrick was even there. She seems totally over it!''

During the party - which was to celebrate jewellery designer Markus Molinari's birthday - the pair stayed ''far apart'' with Patrick reportedly not ''even trying'' to get near to the 22-year-old singer.

The eyewitness added to the New York Post's Page Six column: ''Everyone was having a blast and singing and dancing, but Miley and Patrick stayed far apart.

''They arrived at different times and left separately at different times. He didn't even try to get close to her.''

Meanwhile, Miley previously insisted she is ''secure in being alone'' and believes her future doesn't ''rely'' on being in a relationship.

She said: ''There are times in my life where I've had boyfriends or girlfriends. And there are times where I just love being with myself and don't want to give part of myself away to someone else ...

''I think that's a new freedom for women, especially. I don't know that my mother would have been able to be 22 and secure in being alone. But my future doesn't rely on having a partner.''
