Miley Cyrus is ''really into'' Patrick Schwarzenegger.

The 22-year-old singer has only been dating the hunky model, 21, for three months but she's already smitten with him and was spotted locking lips with him at Clive Davis's Pre-Grammy Gala

at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills on Saturday (07.02.15).

An onlooker told PEOPLE.com: ''They were kissing and cuddling at a VIP table. They whispered in each other's ears and were smiling and laughing.''

A source added: ''Miley is really into Patrick. He has her wrapped around his finger, but it goes both ways. Patrick would do anything at the drop of a dime for Miley and she loves the idea of that.''

However, the 'Wrecking Ball' hitmaker, who experienced a difficult split from ex-fiance Liam Hemsworth in 2013, is determined to take her blossoming romance with Patrick a lot slower than she has done with previous relationships in order to protect herself.

The source explained: ''Miley learned her lesson the hard way the first time and is being extra cautious about this relationship. She doesn't want to get her heart broken again.''

Meanwhile, the blonde beauty may have won Patrick's heart but his famous parents Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger reportedly aren't as keen on the former child star.

However, Miley - the daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus - is believed to be using the awkward situation as inspiration for her new album.
