Miley Cyrus has finally landed in London to continue her hugely successful and highly publicised Bangerz world tour. It was touch and go for a while for the 21 year-old star, who has only recently been allowed to leave hospital after having suffered a severe allergic reaction to some antibiotics. However, new posts from the singer's Instagram account show Miley having a whale of a time getting back into the touring lifestyle.

Fresh shots show the business as usual for the pop star, including twerking, posing, gurning and sharing parts of her daily life with her fans. As well as sharing footage of dancing on a boat, she also gives fans a glimpse into her hotel room and tourist activities, such as visiting Trafalgar Square's famous "Blue Cock" Fourth Plinth artwork.

It has been a challenging few weeks for Miley, who has had to simultaneously deal with the death of her pet dog, Floyd, as well as being forced to cancel a string of Bangerz concerts in the US due to her extended hospital stay. Although the 'We Can't Stop' singer may look like she's back on form again, she'll reportedly be accompanied by a nurse "on standby" throughout the duration of her UK visit to keep an eye on her health.

Miley has openly admitted that she prefers to perform in London above anywhere else because of her fans. "My favourite place to perform is London, because I have never seen more gay people in my whole life," she said. ''It's like, I just feel like when I go to Europe, I feel very free with my fan base."
