Lorde wanted to be a comedian as a child.
The 'Royals' hitmaker has revealed she didn't always think she would become a successful musician and actually believed she would become a stand-up comic, which she thinks is hilarious now because she's ''not even funny''.
Asked how she thought her life would pan out as a child, she said: ''that i would be at uni studying law lol.. this reminds me i actually found an old scrapbook from when i was maybe 7 or 8 that said ''future job'' and i had written COMEDIAN??????????? which is so mental i'm not even funny ha wtf who did i think i was bloody any schumer or some s**t??????? The 18-year-old star - who released her debut album 'Pure Heroine' in 2013 - has also given an update on her second record, after a fan told her she should take her time on the LP.
Replying to the comment, she said: ''that's incredibly sweet of u i promise it's gonna be a f***ing killer (sic).''
The singer gave the comments during an impromptu Q&A on Tumblr, during which she revealed she's a huge fan of her voluminous hair.
