Liv Tyler and her new boyfriend Dave Gardner have been dating for around three months and it is believed their relationship has started getting serious.
Liv Tyler and Dave Gardner are ''very happy'' together.
'The Leftovers' actress - the daughter of Aerosmith's Steven Tyler - reportedly struck up a romance with David Beckham's best friend three months ago and their new relationship is going from strength to strength.
A source told E! News: ''They've been seeing each other for three months or so. They get on very well and are really enjoying spending time together.
''He flies to New York mostly to see her and they feel very comfortable together. He is very charismatic and a real gentleman and she appreciates that about him.''
The couple began dating after they were set up by mutual friend Kate Moss.
A source said previously: ''Liv trusts Kate so was prepared to give things a go but everyone is surprised by how serious they've become so quickly.''
It is believed Liv, 37, and Dave bonded over their shared experiences of divorce and the fact they both have children around the same age.
The source added: ''They have a child the same age which is ideal. They're at a similar place in their lives and ready to settle down with the right person.''
Liv split from husband ROYSTON LANGDON in 2008, while Dave divorced actress Davinia Taylor in 2010.
