Little Mix's Jade Thirwall has dissed Zayn Malik by brandishing a fan-made sign reading ''Zayn is irrelevant, anyway!'' following her bandmate Perrie's split from the heartthrob.
Little Mix's Jade Thirwall has dissed Zayn Malik.
The 22-year-old singer was promoting the band's new single 'Black Magic' in Arizona when she was pictured holding a fan-made sign with the message ''Zayn is irrelevant, anyway!'' written across it, three weeks after the former One Direction star reportedly split from Jade's bandmate Perrie Edwards.
However, other fans have insisted the furore has been exaggerated as the reverse of the sign read ''Stay Strong Perrie,'' as a message of support following the shocking break-up, which was reportedly done by text message.
Meanwhile, Perrie, 22, has yet to comment on the split apart from insisting she is ''good'', but has been sharing a flurry of sexy selfies on Instagram to show Zayn what he's missing.
And the 'Move' hitmaker is reportedly set to open up about the break-up for the first time in a tell-all interview with British comedian James Corden.
Little Mix will appear on 'The Late Late Show' - which he hosts - next Tuesday (18.08.15) where she is expected to open up about the romance.
A source said: ''James has got a way about him, a cheeky way, where he is able to coax gems of information out of people. If anyone can get Perrie taking, it's him.
''The girls are going on the show as part of their month long tour of America and by then Perrie will be in much cheerier spirits.
''She's already getting her fight back so this could be very feisty.''
