Actress Lindsay Lohan has been hit with a new lawsuit for allegedly engaging in unfair business practices.
The embattled Mean Girls star was served with legal papers as she arrived at a Los Angeles courthouse on Tuesday (17Jan12).
Lohan was back in front of a judge for a progress report hearing in relation to her recent conviction for a probation violation.
According to Tmz.com, the new documents were filed by California resident Thomas A. Green, who accuses the actress misleading him into believing she would back an upcoming business venture via Facebook.com correspondence.
Green is seeking $300,000 (Gbp187,500) in damages.
