Lily Allen has lost 42lbs since giving birth to her daughter Marnie Rose by snacking on crisps.
Lily Allen loses weight by eating crisps.
The 'Hard Out Here' hitmaker - who admitted she found ''comfort in food'' whilst pregnant with her second daughter, Marnie Rose - has shed around 42lbs since giving birth in January last year by surviving on the popular snack.
She told Australian radio station 2Day FM: ''I just eat a lot of crisps, I'm not really eating a lot of proper meals.''
The 29-year-old singer - who also has a two-year-old daughter, Ethel, with her husband Sam Cooper - puts her tiny size 8 figure down to her busy touring schedule and performing energetic dance routines.
She recently told OK! magazine: ''I think it's touring and dancing and probably, you know, the not wanting to eat room service thing.
''I don't really like food being mass produced, you look at those kitchens and they're huge just I don't like it.''
Although Lily is busy travelling around the globe performing tracks from her latest album 'Sheezus' - her first following a two-year hiatus - she is worried it hasn't been as successful as her past offerings.
She said: ''The first thing I came back with was 'Hard Out Here' and that was important to me, a real statement of intent, even though you couldn't put it on the radio over here because it had too much swearing.
''Maybe the songs aren't good enough this time, who knows? I just know I can't wait to get back into the studio.''
