Lily Allen has launched a nail art competition.

The 'Hard Out Here' singer, who often shows off her painted talons and experiments with different designs, has teamed up with her manicurist, Michelle Humphrey, to give one fan the chance to design a special set for her to wear.

The Maybelline nail artist will also create an exclusive pair for the winner, along with a luxury balloon flight to mark the release of Lily's new single, 'Air Balloon'.

The prize is courtesy of Virgin Balloon Flights and the single is the taken from her new album, 'Sheezus'.

Lily took to Twitter to announce the competition today (26.02.14) and posted: ''Its no secret that i loves me some nail art, SO....we've set up this #AirBalloon inspired nail art comp. NAILLILY (sic)''

The 28-year-old star often posts photographs of her nail art on Instagram and recently had her fingernails painted neon yellow with smiley faces on.

She wrote underneath the photo: ''Nails Pharrell would be proud of'', in relation to his hit song, 'Happy'.
