Lily Allen Showed Her Support For Glastonbury Festival Headliner Kanye West Over The Weekend (27-28jun15) By Burning An Expletive-laden Flag She Spotted A Critic Waving.
The Smile singer spotted the 'F**k Off Kanye' banner during a walk around the festival site in Somerset, England on Saturday afternoon and, after reprimanding the owner, she took it back to her camping area and burned the offensive words off, so it simply read 'Kanye'.
She documented her actions on camera and posted shots on her Instagram account on Tuesday (30Jun15), writing, "Don't go for dinner at someone's house and tell them their food sucks."
The announcement of Kanye's headlining spot sparked a campaign to urge festival bosses to pull the controversial rapper from the line-up. Over 130,000 people signed an online petition to remove Kanye from the 2015 Glastonbury bill, but concert bosses refused to budge.
